Construction of a wooden dummy
Since proper training requires it to take a great deal of harsh punishment, our wooden dummy is built with enough strength to withstand many hard hits over its lifetime. For this reason it is securely built from hard wood. (as softer woods may crack, and dummies made from non-wood materials (such as plastic or PVC) will often break)
